A couple searching for a new home has revised its priorities after touring a property with excellent schools, a recently replaced roof, and deeply disappointing kitchen cabinets.
“There’s just nowhere for our family to grow,” the wife explained, referring to a collection of illustrated hometown mugs.
Their agent initially suggested a hanging rack.
The suggestion was received as evidence that the agent did not fully understand their needs.
The couple has since requested listing photographs with all upper cabinets open and measurements taken from shelf to shelf.
They remain flexible on bedrooms.
A walk-in mug pantry would compensate for several other shortcomings.
