Shipping and returns

These policies apply to Wheaton mugs ordered online directly from Artist Ashley Ann LLC.

Shipping

Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment. This is the time needed to send your order; carrier delivery time is additional.

Flat shipping is $11.95 for one mug within the contiguous United States. Online shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, and international destinations is not currently offered.

The mug price and shipping charge are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable tax and the final total are shown at checkout. The initial checkout offers one mug per order.

Returns

We accept returns of unused mugs within 30 days of delivery. Email ashley@artistashleyann.com with your order details to arrange your return and receive the return address. Customers pay return postage.

Damaged in delivery

If your mug arrives damaged, we will replace it. Email ashley@artistashleyann.com with your order details and a photo of the damage so we can help.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military addresses will be manually canceled and fully refunded. We review the delivery address before shipping.
